Green Campaign
On 21st May 2026, Sunrise Academy took a unique and meaningful initiative towards protecting the environment. As a part of this green campaign, the school decided that every month, students and teachers celebrating their birthdays in that particular month would plant fruit-bearing saplings within the school premises.
This thoughtful initiative aims to spread awareness about environmental conservation and encourage students to develop a sense of responsibility towards nature. By planting trees, the school is not only making the campus greener and healthier but also inspiring young minds to contribute positively to society.
The programme began with great enthusiasm, where birthday students and teachers actively participated in planting fruit plants and taking a pledge to care for them. This eco-friendly initiative is the first of its kind by the school and reflects the institution’s commitment towards creating a sustainable and environment-friendly future.
