Sunrise Academy conducted its Annual day on 29th and 30th of November 2025.
The theme of this program was the ‘Swarnim Yatra’ ,the journey of Indian Gurus over the centuries who inspired generations with their greatness. This beautiful journey included the important events from the lives of great Indian preceptors that included Dronacharya-Eklavya, Gautam Buddha, Kabir Das , Savitri Bai Phule, Swami Vivekananda, Dr. Sarvapalli RadhaKrishnan and Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
The audience constituted the chief guest , the guest of honour and the parents. On 29th the school was privileged to receive Mrs. Susan Mann , Principal Carman school as our chief guest and Mr. DPS Gupta , Principal Guru Nanak Academy School as guest of honour, While on 30th November the chief guest was Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank , the former Education Minister and former chief Minister of Uttarakhand with Mr. Umesh Sharma kau, MLA Raipur and Mrs. Meenakshi Dixit, the Director Doon Blossom school as the guest of honour.
The program began with the lamp lighting, honouring the Chief Guest and the Guest of Honour and went on to extend to the welcome speech by the chairperson Mrs. Vidushi Nishank ,presentation by the school choir and orchestra, welcome dance by junior school and the presentation of annual report by the school principal Mrs. Nitu Tomar. The ICSE and ISC toppers of 2024-25 were also fallicitated along with the school toppers who held their positions for three consecutive years.
Teachers and students having 100% attendance were felicitated, the great presentation was concluded by the speeches of guest of honour and chief guest and vote of thanks by Mrs Preeti Bakshi, junior school coordinator on 29 th November and by managing director Mrs pooja Pokhriyal on 30 th November , along with an eye catching great finale.
