On the cold month of November, the atmosphere warmed at Sunrise Academy School when its Annual Day was celebrated with full vigour. To honour the occasion Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’, the ex, chief minister of Uttarakhand and the current member of parliament from Haridwar were present accompanied with Mr. Umesh Sharma, member of Legislative Assembly from Raipur and Mr. Sanjeev Manhotra, the newly elected Counsellor. The theme of the program was Namami Gange, a mission started by government of India for the preservation of this great river. In totality it was a fabulous performance by the joint efforts of the students, teachers and the entire sunrise family.
