Sunrise Academy Celebrates Bharat Raksha Parv with Dainik Jagran
Sunrise Academy, in collaboration with Dainik Jagran, organized a heartfelt celebration of Bharat Raksha Parv on 30th July 2025, marking the occasion of Raksha Bandhan in a unique and patriotic manner. As part of the initiative, beautifully crafted rakhis and heartfelt letters were sent to the brave soldiers guarding the borders of our nation.
The event was graced by the presence of Shaurya Chakra awardee Col. Rakesh Kukreti, a distinguished war hero who has led several successful missions for the country. Addressing the gathering, Col. Kukreti shared his incredible experiences from the battlefield, especially the courageous mission that earned him the prestigious Shaurya Chakra. His inspiring words ignited a sense of patriotism and dedication among the students.
Mr. Mohit, a representative from Dainik Jagran, also addressed the students, applauding the unwavering commitment of Indian soldiers and appreciating the school for fostering such values among the youth.
Adding to the solemnity of the occasion, Mr. Aryan Dev Uniyal, a respected lawyer and State Coordinator of the BJYM Legal Cell, delivered a speech thanking the school management and teachers for their commendable efforts in shaping responsible citizens of tomorrow.
The programme witnessed active participation from the school management, faculty, and senior students of Classes IX to XII. It served as a powerful reminder of the sacrifices made by our soldiers and left everyone present with valuable life lessons on courage, dedication, and patriotism.
