Sunrise Academy celebrated the 135th birth anniversary of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar on 14th April 2026 with great respect and enthusiasm. A special assembly was conducted to mark this significant occasion.
The assembly began with a thoughtful address by the Coordinator and the teacher, who highlighted the importance of the day.
They spoke about Dr. Ambedkar’s invaluable contributions to the nation as the architect of the Indian Constitution and emphasized his role in promoting equality, justice, and education.
To make the celebration more engaging and meaningful, various competitions were organized for students. A slogan writing competition was conducted for Classes I to V, where students expressed their thoughts creatively through beautiful paintings . For Classes VI to XII, an Essay Writing Competition was held on the topic “The Life and Legacy of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar.” Students actively participated and showcased their understanding of his life, struggles, and achievements.
The celebration not only honored the legacy of Dr. Ambedkar but also inspired students to follow his ideals and work towards a just and equal society.
