Charity Drive
As a part of the celebrations of the 28th Foundation Day of Sunrise Academy, a Charity Drive was organized on 20th July 2026. On this occasion, the Management Members and staff visited the Leprosy Centre and Cheshire Home with the aim of spreading joy, compassion, and care among the residents.
During the visit, the team interacted warmly with the residents, spent quality time with them, and extended heartfelt wishes. The Charity Drive included the distribution of essential items and refreshments, bringing smiles to the faces of many residents and making them feel valued and cared for.
The visit also provided an opportunity to understand their lives, challenges, and inspiring stories. It served as a meaningful reminder that true celebration lies in sharing happiness with others and extending support to those in need.
The residents expressed their gratitude for the thoughtful gesture and appreciated the efforts of the school. The Charity Drive was an enriching and memorable experience for everyone involved, reinforcing Sunrise Academy’s commitment to community service, social responsibility, and humanitarian values.
