One of the easiest way to come close to God is through helping others in the best possible way. Charity is the best worship that one can do to benefit others.
In the celebration of 27th Foundation Day of Sunrise Academy, a Charity Drive was organized on 19th July 2025. As part of this noble initiative, the students of Class XII visited Cheshire Home, an institution dedicated to the care of individuals with physical and mental challenges.
The students spent valuable time with them and tried to understand their problems and way of living. They also donated clothes, eatables and some other useful articles hoping to bring a smile to the faces of those in need. It was a great learning where they understood that God is so kind that he has provided them with so much completeness and happiness and helping hands to help others.
Durung the visit, the students were inspired by the embroidery and stitching work done by the under-privileged people living in Cheshire Home and the activities like singing and dancing in which they tries to find happiness.
The Charity Drive was a heartwarming experience, teaching the students the values of empathy, gratitude, and service.
