Earth Day Celebration – Pre-Primary Section
“Small Steps Today, Greener Earth Tomorrow” ![]()
Earth Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in the pre-primary section. The tiny toddlers were excited to learn simple ways to protect our Mother Earth and keep the environment clean and green.
Our school gardener and teachers demonstrated how to plant saplings and explained the importance of watering and caring for them regularly. The children eagerly took part in the activity and enjoyed getting their hands dirty while learning.
Along with planting, the children also made beautiful and creative crafts in their scrap files using eco-friendly materials. The whole atmosphere was filled with joy, curiosity, and learning.
The celebration became even more special when School Chairperson Ms. Vidushi Nishank and MD Mrs. Puja Pokhriyal interacted with the tiny toddlers. They asked simple questions, taught them how to plant a sapling, and explained how a small sapling grows into a big tree over time. The children thoroughly enjoyed this warm and interactive session.
It was a wonderful experience that encouraged our young minds to love, respect, and protect nature.
