A highly enriching and impactful workshop for teachers was conducted on 17th January 2026 by Shakti Manocha, an eminent Educationist, Life Coach, Counsellor, Yogacharya, and Director – Youth for Human Rights. The workshop was based on the theme “Teacher’s Lasting Impact – Shaping Minds, Nurturing Souls, Instilling Confidence and Elegance.”
The session highlighted the powerful role of teachers in shaping individuals, society, and the nation. Ma’am emphasized that great teachers create a great society, and meaningful education goes beyond textbooks to build values, confidence, and character.
During the workshop, six essential topics were explained in depth:
Knowledge, Empathy, Relationships, Fearlessness, Communication, Responsibility.
To make the session more engaging and experiential, Shakti Manocha Ma’am conducted three interactive activities for the teachers to reflect on their teaching practices and understand students better.
The workshop was highly interactive and motivating. It inspired teachers to reaffirm their commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of their students.
